from the price ladder, and different strikes and open interest at different strikes, and pricing, can you derive support resistance zones..I'm working on a automated system of zones where price travels levels and settles at the next implied level.

I don't think there is anything of predictive value there, certainly not in ES options. There is a tendency for spot to gravitate to the nearest strike as arbs are unwound, but I've never seen any evidence that it's exploitable.
