Wave: I don't think you get what I'm saying--I'm not interested in making calls. They are not pertinent to this forum. I'm here for the education, to understand the premises behind trades and to laugh at you.

DM - then please laugh to yourself and don't post. I have not yet ignored anyone on my list, but you are getting dangerously close.

not trying to be rude, but enough is enough.

if we closed the week like we are now... there would be a small bullish divergence on the weekly chart.....
if i am not mistaken.....
....respect to all....

Quote from Spectre2007:

heres the psychology for a intermediate term trade:

the fed funds is pricing in a cut by sept.... means the huge short positions will be unwound as sep expiration approaches. So people will start looking to cover at these reactionary lows.

the best time to cover, is when liquidity is the highest on peak fear.

people will be thinking about this trade......

Yes, but we haven't closed. :-)

It is not short-term bullish that the market, when it rallied late this morning, could not even get to the overnight highs, or even to unchanged.

Until it does, and stays above those levels, I would say that there will be new lows. Which is where I will keep my wide scale-in buy orders.

small IHS on 3 min dow/ym......looking for it to push us up to 58/65 zone where i`ll look to be a seller.......to new/fresh lo`s.

its going to be harder to short, as the FED seems to be waking up...and taking aggressive actions.
