the choppy behavior on a tic basis is at very low levels, meaning stop losses don't get hit if they are placed outside tic noise.

has to test 42.... and bounce.

we traded 60 points above 1500

now we are trading 60 points below 1500

so the range trade would presume 1440 would be the bottom with rapid swings to upperend of the range.
