well, if you look at whats happening, I think there are algo's that draw these lines second to second, and use that trajectory of the second to second vector to scalp with a higher probability.

The way I see it, the market had a chance to rally this morning. It tried, and failed. It tried again, and failed again. Right now we are in congestion. A test of overnight low (1456 area) is in the cards.

TICK/breadth show no rush to buy stocks. VIX is going back up.
