edit: today should have been massive follow through day, even against the bad retail sales news, it should have climbed the wall of worry.

But it didnt which tips you off of what yesterday was.. just a massive short squeeze.

Most of those days the reversal is evident from the morning. I have not seen any of the signs this AM but thanks for the warning will watch with interest. :)
 
remember when markets crash, they crash consecutive days 20-25 points till about 100 points is hit in 4 days.

similar a true buying spree should have multiple 20 point up moves.
