Quote from 2006:

There's the shakeout -- we should get back above 40.

What are you guys seeing, because I just don't see it. Although I am bullish longer term.

EDIT: I would only be looking for a long at 1534 or below and then only half position.

short 1537.75 2 tick stop

target 1 1536.50

target 2 1535

target 3 trail stop

EDIT: stopped out for a 2 tick loss... probably going to wrap it up for the day. Market is just running stops with no follow through which kills my trading.

S YM @13689, 1/2 position, stop @696

targets= 13673, 67, 50, 34

EDIT: stop @b/e NET

EDIT: Went to get iced tea, out @88, b/e NET. Will try again.

COunter-trade...

L YM @84, stop @77, 2 cars only

Looking for 8-10 pts

EDIT: Problem with ET posting... out @89, +4 NET, within seconds of entry.

Live order for SS @82, 2 cars, init stop @89

EDIT: ET posting problem again. Out @82, -commish

be patient...don't overtrade, or just trade to trade.

EDIT: Yep same problem with ET posting.

Thanks jagmot;

Not overtrading. I am hi-freq normally. Holding for bigger runs is counter-style for me. Had I not "expected" bigger moves and just do what I do, I would have profited on every trade I've posted today. As the day gets later, and the action narrower, I find myself wanting to swing. That's when I lose. Some day Ill understand and trade accordingly to this personal quirk.

Osorico :)

O - Looks like you make the right calls for the most part :)

I know my personal problem in the past was overtrading so I always recommend people not to overtrade. I got to the point where I was doing 100-200 a day in commissions/fees, so I needed to make 200 just to break even. I've witnessed this in a few other traders as well.

Another trade (risk about 1.5:1)
S @ 1540.50
TP @ 1537.75
SL @ 1542.50
