getting ready for a long here.....

1519.50 is lookin nice its the line in the sand so to speak so trades there offer the best risk/reward because you can cut the trade immediately.

notice the role reversal when it broke through the line in the sand...

alright we hit first minor support here at 1510.50 I suggest tighening up stops on shorts.. could get volatile spike to the upside. As stated I am waiting for 1507.50-1508.50 before considering longs. I will not be blindly buying into it either.. I will wait to see if the pros want to accumulate there first.

beautifull kiss of the 30 min TL......& one of my favorite sells...too bad i missed it,not much time to get short up there although we had 2 nice sell bars on the 3min.

Expecting a bounce, possibly a retest, but I don't *think* so. If we get the bounce, I will be shorting. Regardless, unless bounce generates fresh HODs, I expect to be shortside only for the rest of the day.

Osorico :)

Yeah, great call.

Along with Apex82 I was looking for the Long and decided to take it (despite my admonition to not overtrade and be happy with my early profit) ... I looked at the trade in consternation as it reversed and slowly edged to my protective stop ...

But at least I kept my discipline (while feeling very chagrined) and caught the reversal down for another 4pts. :)

That's enough fun for the day.

Adios,

JJ

ES trying to hold this left shoulder overlapped with a minor support level. If it can get back above 1516 this would be an excellent buy on a retest at 1512.... until then there will be down pressure on the market.

You did nothing wrong... losses are part of the business... it was a great place to look at a long trade. Immediately you changed your bias and that is what is important and did not let it mess with your judgement.
