And my point is that even with a BBA degree, you are an idiot.

As it was pointed out already, nobody said this thread was about TEACHING. If some of the posters decide to share the reasons behind their trades with us, good for us, but it is not a prerequisite.

It is so easy, even a caveman without a BBA degree can understand it...

By the way, why don't YOU teach us something, if you have such a nice degree? :)

P.S.: Let's go back to posting trades...

I did jackass. Look at the post above yours.

I am looking for a little more than the obvious, underlying reasons for support at this level, historical patterns, etc.....

media set up for the fed meeting.....

Actually the market is trying to find support.

That's why the Longs are generating more profit than the Shorts.

See trendy, you've learned something new already, that you don't know nearly as much as you think you do.

NO POSTER, whether they do so on a consistent basis or not, is required to teach YOU or anyone else here ONE SINGLE THING.

But if YOU want to continue to teach the lurkers, go right ahead. :)

Well that's interesting 'cause I'm up 4 points on nothing but shorts.

BTW, there have been more trades at the bid than at the offer so far. What does that tell ya?

I truly appreciate the information that is shared on this thread. I don't expect anyone to provide a detailed course on their trading method. Some provide more detail than others. One of the things I like most about this thread is the (almost) lack of nastiness that is so pervasive in ET. All that negative energy makes most of this forum a counterproductive exercise.

If a post provides little value to others, what I have noticed is the post is ignored. There is no need to "call anyone out." The people providing the really useful posts are also doing lots of analysis, watching the markets closely, and trading. The fact that they can squeeze in a useful post - often very timely - is greatly appreciated!

As the title of this thread is "ES Journal", let's keep it at that without all the negativity. That was what made this thread a pleasure to follow. Let's respect that and continue to keep it that way.

You will also notice the majority of them happened around the 50 ema, which also helped as a cf but was not the main component.

Notice the 9 point bounce this morning of the 50 day ma on the SPX
