I think Morgan Stanley Europe came out with a study that suggested that historically, when the european markets have displayed similar yada yada, that a 14% correction has followed sometime over the next 6 months.

Interest rate concerns plus some dooms-day call was made by Morgan Stanley - you can go check out a couple articles posted up in the Wall St. News forum.

Alot of stops were taken out on that dip under 1525 which seems to be intentional at this point. I'll be looking to go long at 1525.25 with a stop right under that low at 1524... worth the shot for the risk/reward.

ya... mine. Thats a nice trade tommy. This is a great spot to get long with a tight stop... you will know if your wrong right away. I am waiting for the market to open and watch the price action for the 15 minutes. This is a key critical area.

Anyone know what happened last night?

The ECB raised rates. Extremely well telegraphed, and not finished. Sell on fact?? Or is it that Euro is NOT the driving force for this rally as some figureheads have suggested?

Hi Pekolo;

Here you go my friend.

Thanks. Do you try to enter on the high, or when the trendline breaks?

P.S.: My favorite pattern is the RSI divergence with double top/bottom...

It is a chart pattern play for me. I don't try to forecast the drawing of the pattern, I let the pattern create the entry. So in a word, trendline. And there are multiple entry points once the flag has been confirmed as such.
