APEX:

Love your trading and watch it very carefully. Its obvious to another experienced trader your doing us a service and thank you. If you don't like Apex's trading then don't read what he has to say. If some of us are blindly following his advice we will suffer the consequences--not you.

Bravo! Same here.

And if I might add...
To smilingsync and all the other ETers enamored with the concept of posting blotters, statements, or whatever "proof" documentation.

1) Meaningless. Photoshop and the like make it too easy to edit. If you think an OP is dubious, how would posting easily edited "proof" change that?

2) The only people that need proof are lenders, the IRS, and personal contacts. Why would anyone provide potentially traceable data in a public, anonymous, internet site? And what value is it to the OP? So anonymous personas believe? If OP is a vendor, or otherwise "recruiting" clients then a link to a third-party possibly private and/or secure site would be acceptable.

3) Participants in a particular thread, after a short amount of time, can determine for themselves which anonymous persona is credible and which is not. Any participant can "prove" to him/her self the credibility of any persona by use of the ignore function or not.

I think there is enough evidence throughout ET that "Apex" is not on the up and up.

That said, I will not waste any more space here on Buy1's journal discussing the matter. :-)

I really hope that's true. Hate to put anyone else on the ignore list. Got to say this discussion is Stupid (tried to come up with a more extravagant word there but stupid sums it up pretty well). Apex gives some zones he is looking at. Most times they are important in some way. If anyone uses them for trading blindly or takes trades based on what Apex posts they probably shouldn't be trading at all. If apex is making the money he claims good for him. If he is just trying to have an incredible record of wins by altering posts within a thread on a message board maybe a 1000 people in the world frequent, that is sad. Either way he has been nice enough to post some useful tidbits and discussion, and his trading has nothing to do with mine. I still have to make my own decisions.
Well!
back to lurking.
Flow like water everybody. :D

My bad, I assumed it was a trailing stop. Great trading apex!

Thanks.. I was stopped out on that spike this am in my futures position that I said had a trailing stop on. But I did reenter at 1531.50.75. The stop above the prior pivot high I was mentioning was for my puts position.

Going to take only one trade tomorrow. As long as the low holds from today I will be looking to short 1517.25 with a 1.5 stop. If stopped out then will reenter at 1520-1521 with a 2 pt stop. Target will be the a retest of the low and then 1504. At 1503-1504 will begin to flip long and establish a position to retest the may 23 high. I will be doing it slowly as we should probably have a day or 2 of basing in this zone.

Er2 trade for tomorrow.. same scenario if the lows hold from today before hitting the zone.

Shorting 829.60-80 1.5 stop if stopped out will reenter 832.60-832.80 with another 1.5 stop.

Targets are a retest of the low and then 812-814

I can't see h&s on that chart

shoulders at 29, head at 32, and neckline 22

the right shoulder turned out really fast compared to the rest of the formation and would have been more symmetrical if we would have held up a few more hours before the brutal drop.
