Apex, not to change the subject, but looks like the bonds reached your zone. What kind of confirmation are you looking for before going long? You'll keep us posted on that, won't you? :D

CNBC: "Stock Rally Fizzles on Interest Rate Concerns"

It's all your fault!!! :D

Question to all of you trading intraday, its 11:45 am EST:

Did you get flat prior to the release of housing sales, or did you hold positions into the number? If you held into the release, what side were you on?

I entered YM long @7:59 MST...

My trade was based on action, not on news being released. Since I was aware news was due, I had a slightly wider stop than normal and initiated with 1/2 position.

My entry was not based on news. The trade was managed based on news.

Osorico :)

This is turning UGLY!

Whatcha mean? Dow is down 25pts, ES down 8pts. Barely qualifies as a downer day, not even close to being ugly. Learn to love the volatility... I *think* this summer will be different than past. :)

Trade what you see, not what you think
Osorico :)

it has to stay below 21 to be bearish..

they need to break this low

edit:

if 21 breaks, then OR test at 25, if OR breaches then 31 again.

if low breaks then take measured gains since people will cover before the weekend.

I hope you are right Osorico. History has said summers tend to be slow, but we have some great activity here in late May still.
