I've been looking at OR strategies, and following yours here.

Why do you like to use the 5 min OR over say, the 30 mi or 60 min OR?
 
if the bar your looking at is too long.. you end up missing the majority of the move.

I have multiple charts up with different frames. And I look at the price action in those timeframes as soon as a violation has occurred.

I also look at other metrics of the broader markets and other markets.
 
cover @ the close yesterday secured our lobster bisque tonite. Filet mignon for lunch if you reversed and went long. 1531.75 coming right up. Pulling on the shorties.
