Quote from saxon22:

There is still the afternoon session where hopefully cooler heads will prevail and see this market today for what it is: an opportunity to take some profits while the prices are high.

I think I heard this argument about 40pts ago, basis ES.

Trade what you see, not what you think.

If there is one conclusion to all these posts and traders here it is:

They are all good and have differing ways of pulling money out of the markets. All with differing levels of expertise and experience.

For some odd reason, the internet or lack of face-to-face brings out a side of most that is not really who they are. Don't know.

I understand your point but today this market is up because of consumer sentiment figures which has very little correlation with real spending. Also, there should be some profit taking in the afternoon. How often does the market go up all day with without a breather on a flimsy thing like consumer confidence? Plus it is Friday.

With due respect, you have proved the point.

Have orders to get short at 1527.50 with a stop at 1529. Target 1 is 30pts below the market. Going to go make myself an omellete as well.

I'm curious about this move. Are you aiming for a 2/27 type move or one that plays out over a few days?
