the spooze when it hit zones where there is no direction seems to shuffle around in a 20 point range sometimes 30.

With 1520 being the high, repeated stop runs at 1500 are of a high probability. The big boys need huge ranges to make money. So if they push it lower by 5 points, the likely hood is that it gets pushed lower to bottom of the range.
