Apex82, I went short ES at 1514 early in yesterday's Globex session, and am still holding my short waiting for an exit point. Presently ahead 7 pts on this trade, with a buy stop at 1511. 1504 would be a rule-of-10 exit point. Any thoughts on where to get out (or long)?

I just exited my ES short for a gain of 7 points. Now flat.

This is out at scratch. We have one more led down here. Getting mixed signals, so I'll sit it out for now.

Just throwing in my intraday short-term junk...

1508 is a significant congestion area.
A break below takes it 1501. Above, 1513 provides resistance, before the gap can fill completely. JMHO

In essence, 1:1 r/r. If I had a gun to to my head I'd go long. But I don't own a gun.

BTW; I didn't forget decimals in those prices.

Ya it went below by a point and then the immediate reversal... er2 has been finnicky lately. It signifies that a retest of this low is crucial.

Ya I would have recommended 1504.25 to take profits or at least tighten your stop.

He would have been screaming "10:30 reversal crew! Rule of 10! It's a T-day fools!".....heck he might even throw in a gap close call! :D
