I wouldnt chase the market here... ES and Er2 are in great spots to make wave A highs, trick all the suckers that chase the market and make one last move down into the 1474-1474.50 area washing them out, getting everyone short and then bust all the stops to new highs. This is just how I approach the market....

If you read this statement, the time it was posted etc... Its not just a call its an explanation of the mechanics behind the trade as well. This was a picture perfect example of how the market feeds on newbie traders and I made sure to take advantage of it.

When the student is truly ready ~ the teacher shall appear.

and if you follow what was taught by Buy1Sell2 you will be very prosperous. Trade with an empty mind and let the market get you into and out of your positions. We don't know what it will do, so why not do what the market is telling us to do. Go with the flow.

Your trading should consistently produce small trade losses and should allow any open trades gain to become as large as possible.

When the market shows its "hand" it's time to take action and place your bet. No emotion, no guessing, no predicting, no stress. Then all of a sudden $$$$.

You should take the time to learn about high velocity trading.
That is, if you have any interest in making proper money.

It is better to wait 100 years to learn under the right master than to be taught by the wrong one.

The market is my master, always willing to teach, never sparing the rod.

fearless9,

I am familiar with high velocity trading, but I don't think it is usable by the typical retail trader. Totally different game and very different account size requirements. Let me know if you would like to discuss any aspect of high velocity trading in another thread. I would look forward to discussing what I know and what you know in a constructive manner.

Regards.

moving stop up to 1479.. market coming off 5 wave move... we could get our big move down now. Holding long protecting profits on last unit

All funn'in aside, I truly appreciate this statement and try to emulate it in my own trading.

Doing so today would have delivered a small loss, a break-even and a nice gain for EOD profit of about $50, but still a profit (that's just for the scalping, any position player is seeing green).

Have a nice night.
