Taking 50% off here at 1441.50 for a 4.25 point gain with a 3 tick stop.

Stop at breakeven -2 ticks at 1437.25

I am still itching to buy 1430-1431.....

Don't get me wrong JJ, not trying to insult you or anything, but why do you keep marking stops within the noise? I mean, I do not find anything wrong with getting stopped out IF I see a possible turn, but why mark stops within the range? Have you tried using stops outside established range? I would also understand if you were to scalp, but from what I understand that is not your goal.

Yeah you're right, my Protective Stops are a little too tight.

But I'm not using them to determine whether I go Long, Short, or Close a position.

I'm using the price action of the NQ, ES and YM and to see if their, for lack of a better word right now "synching-up", or moving in the same direction, at the same time, will give me an exploitable edge.

It's a new concept (to me), but one which I've seen played-out on my screens time and time again. Like I mentioned, your noting that the DAX was "leading" the market down is what kinda gave me an "Oh yeah, duh!" type moment. Also, Osorico has talked about it before, and I had noticed how consistent a move is when the indices synch-up.

Unfortunately, they can give mixed-signals in the chop zone (or noise).

Shorting here @ 1438.75, PS @ 1442.75.

For what it's worth, all of my customary indiators are in the red, we're abutting the previous lows for the major indices and they're all looking like a sell.
