It's not my room, I'm simply a member.

My nick there is Anekdoten. The owners are Geoff and Alex.

Too Much Information ... so anyway, back to Lance Carson, Lance, what I'm looking at generates about 6 to 8 trades every two weeks, with an over 90% hit rate, do you find this number of trades taken and type of performance consistent with your your records?

If so, I might be on to something, and if not, the patterns are too consistent to be relegated to market dispersion (random noise), ... gotta keep my eyes glued to the screen next week.

Good trading,

Jimmy Jam

P.S. For the thread readers, I'm looking at patterns of TICK action along with chart patterns, looking for cotinuation of preivous trend and reversals against the trend, it's not 100%, but it seems to work quite a lot. But I will only know when I start doing it with a live market fighting back (20/20 hindsight don't cut it, nowhere).

It's public knowledge.

Yes, I know it's publick knowledge, as they are Sponsors here. But it's too much information for me, as I don't care about them, or your screen name there.

BTW, there's a reason why they focus on the YM e-mini contract, but anything you can figure-out how to do with one indicie (financial or otherwise), you can figure-out with anything else ... like I said, I've forgotten more than you can put to use.

Later chuckles,

I'm sure they have a reason for trading the YM, please spare me the obvious. I also have a reason for farting and so do you, what's your point ?

Seems like you playing chicken.

Neet, chuckling.

Yeah, the reason they play the YM is because they don't the skills to play the NQ, ES, or the ER, and the reason you go there, is because you need to.

What's the percentage of their subscribers taking their calls, something like less than 5% (and that's being very generous) ... I guess they don't have the fundamental elements of trading down either, not to mention their trading psychology, LOL. :D

I'm not chuckling, I'm laughing my ass off.

JJ,

I guess it does make sense, why would a good trader join a pay room.

I actually have a perfectly good answer for that.

- To learn about eminis, my background was equities
- Head trader is a tremendous human indicator. Any extra help, helps.
- Extra profitable calls
- Companionship, day-trading is a lonely job.
- Even good traders can learn from Alex.
- In my case, I don't pay much because I have referred people that look up to me and my trading and they have a great referral program. In fact, soon they will be paying me, which is actually a delight. Feel free to cross check with the owners.

The reason some members don't make money is because there are many novices who don't take all the calls or do whatever the hell they want, lack of discipline. However, if you did, you could not lose money trading Alex calls. At least judging from their complete track record and I have been a member from almost the beginning.

The offer still stands but I know a coward when I see one and right now a coward is what I see.

We aren't miss-behaving JB, we're just having a conversation about trading, that's all.

As far as the items you listed in your post Neet, that's all well and good, but you sure as hell don't have to pay money to get them.

If they are a good outfit, and you're referring traders who need to be there to them, well that's a good thing.

The cowardice comment, um, no.

I wouldn't give you or puretick the time-of-day, but if you want to make calls here, in a thread where you haven't been around but you just want to come in and start trash-talking, let's do it.

Any indice, any frame of refrence, any holding period.

Yeah, thought so. Later, time to get my drink on.

Good trading,

Jimmy Jam

JJ,

One more thing. If it were true that trading the YM requires less skills than ES, NQ, ER2, then wouldn't it make good sense to trade the YM because it's easier, and as long as you are profitable, who cares. I'm not saying is easier, just demonstrating your flawed logic.

There is also a perfectly good explanation as to why the YM is chosen above the rest of the indexes but you know what, you don't deserve the answer, research it on your own...... <edit> tell you what, I believe in Karma, because it gives you more exit points.

Enjoy your drink.
