You make the assumption that you get the signal first and then enter your trade.

Well, I suppose that you can do that but you run the risk of missing some winning fills and being filled everytime on the losing trades.

On the other hand you can preempt the market and enter your stops into the fifo dom. When you are happy with the signal you do nothing, and when you are not happy you pull the order.

What's the time stamp on your buy execution? You said your target was reached in 12 minutes. Trades were hitting 1458 at 10:11 a.m. So counting backwards, that's right around 10:00 a.m.

Again your thought process is failing you, count from the breakout( 3min each bar times 4 = 12 mins) very simple math( 6th grade level). Go back to sleep.
