Looking like that's all she wrote... YM and ES both failed breakout attempts. ES with obvious volume problems. A 15m close below1451.25 suggests, below 1450.00 confirms breakdown. 85 and 77 on YM. jmho Damn narrow ranges.
 
Narrow range was expected today. Wait a day or so it will get juicy.

Personally I'm done with futures today -- might play a bounce on the ER2 @ 806 if we get there. or sell the YM around 12725 if we get there.

OK, I personally agree with you.

When the winenrs come in on some of these extended moves in any of the indices (but particuarly something like the ER) it looks like you've been taken to traders heaven.

But the last couple'a sessions of sideways chop - lucky to bail at breakeven - days can really try one's patience and fortitude.

Hmmm, looks like I just answered my own thought.

Ya as stated before the open that I was expecting a range reduction day. I wasnt expecting this sluggish of choppy action though.. but what can ya do. Pretty frustrating day. Tomorrow is going to be great. Big extended directional move, count on it. It will make up for this crap the past 2 days, especially in the er
