Well, was your present entry based on some technical analysis that made you feel the market would go lower before it went higher?

just the daily. I am well aware that the entry is poor but it's time to get back to what I do best.
 
I think most here would agree that you are one of the sharper tools in shed. It seems that you are willing to sacrifice some points just to get back into the "swing" of things. So, I say best of luck.

could you explain what short grail is? I am sure it's elementary, but I do not use many technical indicators.

Those who trade what they know do best. Daytrading emini's is not your game and it is a step down to play with it. Could you eventually master it? High probability. It requires different mindset. None of it requires great intelligence. Just super tenacity. normal ability to learn, with ego pushed way back in the corner. All today is showing NQ is chop wide ranging. So far. Market can only go up down sideways.........devise a system/s that can catch it all.....I am not telling anyone how to trade...I am strongly advising to never trade this stuff ....day or position ...just saying what has been proven a few thousand times...... take it, leave it, or hit ignore button......
