This is the reason that I use low leverage position trades and wide stops. Most stops are usually taken out by noise. My view is that stops should be placed well outside where the market has traded recently. Now, if you are daytrading and using a tight stop like you just did, then I recommend a larger position on the next "probe".Quote from Arnie:
