Thanks. Did you find it useful?

Yes and No, mostly No, but that's not to suggest that you should not at least sign-up to a 3 day trial and see for yourself

BTW I do not trade the open any more, my main trading activity starts around 10.30-11.00am EST and continues into the close. Very active trading during the chop nowadays, I suspend trading when the range is narrowed like it did yesterday between 12.30 and 13.00. More and more interested in after/pre-market trading now as well.

I am going to hold out for a larger degree downside. I will trail a stop down.

Trailing stop was hit overnight at 1266.00 8.75 pt gain on the one unit taken short yesterday. Today looks like we could have an initial long bias.

Initial long bias or not--if the hourly bar finishes where it is now, I will short.

went short 1269.50 about 25 minutes ago
hourly short was confirmed 9minutes before entry

Nice trade Sosa. Which S&P audio do you use and what is the cost? At what time exactly did the noise pick up, maybe you can tell from the time you placed your sell order? does the level of noise help you gauge the magnitude of the expected move and can it help it finding a exit near the top or bottom.

Final question how long have you been active in the markets?

Thanks

Brut, its a combination of things actually. When pit noise picks up it can go either way, so its no gospel. I was actually taking a nap when I heard volume pick up. Then the magic words "paper to sell" I looked at my time and sales and it was painting blood red. Yes the louder the better normally ( as long as you are on the right side of it) After the bell I heard reports there were rumors on the Floor that Fed may rate 50 basis points in June. This most likely caused the action we saw to happen so suddenly. I've been trading for 2.5 years. Its all come together in the last year or so. It was no easy task though. Good luck.
