Sorry to here of the bad day. I use a numeric keypad for fast entry. Hot keys for buy at bid, buy at ask, cancel, close etc. I also have voice prompts so when pressed it says Buy, Order placed, Fill complete etc. I have different rubber feet on the keys so that in the dark I can find which key is which. The point is close is close all at market I like to press this one often, just in case.:)
 
Trend is certainly up this morning as we test 1300. If the market will comply, there may be a set up for a triple bearish divergence later today on hourlies.

Yep--that's it! I would mention here Romik, if you could keep one eye on a longer term chart, you may be able to catch bigger point targets with slighlty larger risks than you are taking now. It would just be an additional trade to what you are doing now.

As a counter trend /reversal trader, I am always preparing myself for what might happen. I see the formation begin and then monitor for confirmation. I like to be ready.

Thanks you for the nice comments. We'll try to keep it going in the right direction here. I must say though that surely you meant you banked on someone else's advice or discussion in the thread and not mine!

I had this kind of thought in my head about intraday overnight, but I eventually dropped the idea. I much prefer the Euro FX overnight due to the increased opportunity for profit especially after midnight. Also, the Euro fx is easier to trade technically I believe. When I catch a reversal in the Globex EC contract , it generally yields more profit than the ES does. It has a much better trending ability. There is a reversal and strong trend on hourlies nearly daily.--I still like trading ES, don't get me wrong.
 
I'll work with the 12 minute chart on this one. Short at 1299.75

There has just been a failure swing of RSI on the 12. The Histogram is a little taller than what I like but we'll get out if wrong.
