I've implemented the system that NihabaAshi uses in this morning's trading session, I must admit it was spot on in all 3 trades, actually yesterday as well. B1S2 perhaps you would like to check it out, it might work better during certain days, when your system can not establish clear entry signals.

Romik, can you please point me to the post where he describes his trading methodology?? I am referring to nihabaashi's strategy. If you have a pseudo-code, can you share?? May be it is too much to ask...I am looking to implement it in MATLAB if possible.

Thanks

you'll find it on ET, use search option.

B1S2 the reason I suggested using a different strategy is because by reducing your time frames on your indicators, if that's what you do, might not work in shorter time frames. Perhaps consider a different method.

romik, I already did before even positing my request. the problem is there are so manty posts by him,,,can you give me some keywords so I can search using them...help will be appreciated...
thanks,

I have added a fifth short in the positional account here at 1308.00 Average price is now 1298.80 basis ESM6. In this instance I am not going to wait for higher prices to extend one more unit. I see some potential for downside action here (Bearish divergence and failure swing with RSI from peak on 01/11/06) , but do not want to increase more than the fifth unit at the present time.

B1S2-

This little nugget on Stephen Vita's site, "The Alchemy of Trading":

"...the Commercials, the so-called "smart money" in the S&P 500 futures have ramped up their net short position to the highest level in more three years. Steve Briese, who wrote the book on Commitments Of Trader interpretation, calls that a "major sell signal."

Of course, you'd better have DEEP pockets to play their game.
