The Ukraine has not been a part of the Soviet Union since 1991 so I am not sure if the Russian mafia is operating there. Maybe Romik can enlighten us.

Fortress IPO is going to hit the streets, plus european central banks news adding some discount to the futures.

The futures need to be propped up till the IPO hits the street. So looking for late buying as has been happening.

34 million share @ 16.50-18.50 purposely underpricing it, so news headlines can read IPO triples. Nomura has a 15% stake in it. Look for Goldman in the pits to be propping the spoos up. Goldman is managing the deal.

No idea yet about symbol, its slated for tomm.
