Back and forth through the 3 minute chart BB channel . 1 pt 2 pts. Not enough movement to get those indicators excited enough to give a full glimpse

not today maybe , but I think soon don't you? If it doesn't test 1300 any better than this, then the market was weaker than even I thought. A 3 minute chart has a very distinct upward reversal pattern going on, but it is just so lackluster right now, you wonder if you should bother.
 
with it being a holiday week,, i would be suprised to see much action going on today or tomorrow of any value or significance, Monday should bring better indicators for us

Could be right. I may just keep my positional short positions and wait until post holiday for more short term trading.
 
Scalped a 1/2 point at 1293.50 to 1294. There seems to be some intrad-day support at this level and everytime it pokes to 1293.50 it moves back off up to 1294.50. Watch this level thoughout the day up until now and going forward to see if it stays positive.... If it breaks below that, at least for today, it looks like it will stay down there perhaps :)
 
the market u r trading is narrow range........es...........5 years ago the average run was 20 pts range...........average.........nasdaq was a really wild one back then...........huge runs...........
 
adjust exit strategy when day like today occurs is what i like to do.........actually a concrete rule...........i don't make decisions during the trade ............the decision is made by the computer for the most part............fear is caused by risk of being wrong and losing money.........mark douglas........porgie figured that out the hard way...........lost a lot of money....and yes it caused much fear.......... .........the better t he system the less the risk, and the fear.......as confidence grows, the fears subside at the same rate , if one is a normal person............porgie is not normal............too much trading and developiong systems.........
