I believe today will be not possible open new position in old contract somewhere after 15.15?

With open position I have very bad experience from past in NQ that I lost stopped nearly 3 full handles during regular hours /and it was ONE contract/

Not out of the realm of possibility, ES 1229-1232 has some magnetic market profile charateristics.
But why would you concern yourself with that right now?
 
That one from 3/12 2002 at 81 SPY?
This is the closest unfilled down gap as far I see. Thats not very probably for today.

Ah you mean that gap up?
It is not forbidden go up during past days?
