Well, even Dylan Ratigan on CNBC is expressing skepticism to this Paulson induced Ponzi Socialism, so you might have the gaping hole filled more sooner than later. As for the political pandering with just 2 months left to election, it will only leave bad taste for all things truly socialist by nature (eg. universal health care).
 
shorts are in control at the moment, you cannot rule out a slide down to the 40`s to fill the gap..... NQ started the slide.
