The move back down had little to do with the rule of 10. Opening price would be my guess--the ES is notorious for going back to the open once a Wyckoff spring/upthrust has been confirmed.

Yes I agree, you were "more right" except I didn't see you post your short entry. The difference is I traded my call and posted in real time :).

You are right...had a limit order sitting there and was hit when away from screens. Still watching it dive :)
