only because I happened to see this on cnbc

news that could be affecting oil (up almost $3.00 near $119.00) and creating weakness in equities.

cnbc reprting that possibly a contracted ship (contracted by/for U.S. military use) fired on an Iranian boat. no confirmations as far as I could see
