Quote from Buy1Sell2:

Actually , the more passes he throws, the more chances to throw a bad one. If he throws just a few and they are well placed and big gainers, they win also. By the way, I don't need ahigh percentage to be profitable. I just need the winners to be bigger than the losers.
Quote from dmartin:

That's true whether you run the ball or throw the ball. The more you do either one the chances of something bad happening increases. The point is mute. The issue is whether one has an edge. Even with an edge you won't always win.

Homeruns Buy1Sell2--what is it and when did you hit it?

the giants won that game with their defense

Not in the same calendar year. I was measuring big top/bottoms. If there was quite a big break in it, I counted it as a separate move....

What you are refering to happened over 2 calendar years and had a 100 pts drop in it at the end of Febr-March....

That big 12 months move from 1220 was 240 pts until the drop....

Set an 1326.50 MIT buy order with a -3.5pts stop. If they don't hold the 1329-1330 right now, globex lows will probably be re-tested at the 1326-1329 zone.

Quote from Buy1Sell2:

I never concern myself with what the unrealized gains are. I only have interest in what the potential losses could be. I never press the refresh button to see what my account liquidation total is. I only want to know what my loss could be. Therefore, I stay in trades looking for the homeruns. I prefer a larger move than 250. If I don't get it, then I still have knocked off a decent chunk. When the daily chart tells me to get out , then I will. Not before, unless stopped out.:)

Wow now that is an elite trader!!
