If you run a Windows platform and install the free Opera browser (http://www.opera.com/) and use it to access ES Journal, the browser allows you to set up an automatic refresh (every 15 seconds, 1 minute, or whatever you like). Works very nicely, and lets you keep your cursor over on your trading platform DOM where it belongs. :)
