Quote from apex82:

I have found that the market will interpret economic data how it wants.. no matter how bullish or bearish. If you can make money trading this way... my hats off to you.

The bigger point is be it fundamental or technical, many signs point lower so I am honestly curious about why these long calls are looking to step in front of this kind of market. Not a challenge to anyones manhood, just an honest question...

bond market still strong, leads one to believe they will massacre equities, to capitalize on bond positions, to generate liquidity for less slippage in bonds on exit.

oil at 97.65........... what will the reaction be in the markets at Oil of 100...or higher.

Quote from mbusch:

Long again small size from 1489.00. Not real confident that it's finished going down, and won't add on until I see a more solid reversal indication.

EDIT: Darn, just saw that I'm on the opposite side of the trade from Apex...I just *hate* when that happens. :)

I dont seem to be in sync with the markets today so taking the opposite trade is me probably the best route. :)
