I used to think that too until I got badly hurt twice with huge spikes. I would be sat there happily trading then out of nowhere this spike would take me out of my stoploss, at one point it was 8 points. Ooch.. it hurt. Never again I will trade AH. :D

Set a tighter stop. Yea ah is thin but there is a lot of $ to be made if you wanna play.


Were those spikes fed related ?
 
Yes , Volente we talked about those spikes at the time, since then I haven't traded AH.
Perhaps with more experience and confidence but for now i am happy trading RH. :D
 
I have to agree with dmartin, I like to trail in trail out, ratchet up ratchet down. But on the other hand Buy1Sell2 is giving his trade breathing space so he can be off living life.

That was a fluke situation that rarely happens but you live and you learn.

Don't think the fed won't ever cut during market hours, been there, done that, lost the money to prove it.
