Incredible pre-market strength today. Just shorted @84 and filled 11 sec. later @83

Good luck to ya, I think this one may be the washout to end all washouts based on the volume :p Unfortunately I wasted my two attempts to catch the top at lower levels so now I'll just watch.

Quote from Spooz Top: from 10/5

i`m in agreement with B1 on the 1580 target.......that`s clearly what the bulls are gunning for.....the contract hi is 1579/80.

79/80 target complete & the objective hit........higher hi setting up on the daily.

Quote from callmate:

Excellent call volente, the price touched 1581.50:D

My call is 1580 cash, not ES. From the ES chart I would like to see 1587-1590 before a pullback but not sure we make it there today.

Staying long. I'll make a call for fun --Price will hit 1590 today. --Talk to everyone tomorrow or Monday--:)

One last thing to mention today to make the call more interesting. --We'll close at 1590 or above today. --

I see a trading range coming, a farly tight one maybe 35 ES points.maybe from 1550 to 1585

thats for the rest of october.

after that we'll see........

i`ll take a stab at the big pic or so & say we build out from here as has been the PA over the last few weeks......big gap up & the a build out.....in a 20/30 handle range.
especially being that the 79/80 objective has been hit.....within the build out...the power will continue to be up with sharp spikes up during the build out.....85/87 looking like a cieling.....55/60 floor.

fwiw.......my resting sell limits were hit in the pre open from 79.50 to 84.25.....with more to sell above..........i`ll be looking to hang on to these unless we trade significantly over 90.

this is not a day trade.......i`m comfortable being short from this zone.

Short-term (intraday) bearish.

Why?

There was a strong attempt to get it past the overnight high of 84.25.

The surge stopped at 82.75, and there was an immediate reversal to new morning lows.

This suggests no demand. Buyers do not want to pay up anymore, at least for the time being.

Short at 80.75, and looking to add on during rallies (EDIT: added on at 82]

Stop at 85.50; looking for 73.75. Will move down stop on favorable movement.

EDIT: Market seems to be holding on to its gains--little selling pressure. Bot back the add on at 81.50.
