Dont you guys find it difficult to trade between 12 - 2 most days like today where we got little volume and just chop chop chop :)

been falling asleep since 11:00 AM here lol.

Not sure what you're looking for in the way of confirmation, but I have a perfect reversal bar on my 15-minute chart (the 1:00 to 1:15 ET bar).
 
Looking at this, my system is short, for a quick hit only. I hesitate to say 33 but that is the only line I have below. I don't think it will be that much.

Yes i hate sitting here through this type of action. Most often when its this slow i take a break and come back for the action later.

Great time for automated scalping system imo.

Good to see you're coming around Saxon! And FWIW, you have hit on the holy grail...discipline! Needed in so many forms in this business. Ranging from preparation before trading platform is even turned on, to recognition of a (hi probability)trade, to determination of trade type (scalp, swing, position;a single type is not required to have discipline, to pulling the trigger (2 triggers needed to complete a trade), to knowing the market is ALWAYS correct, to OWNING the fact YOUR discipline will prevent you from blowing up and inversely will let you take your business to any height imaginable.
