I agree with B uy1Sell2, after trading ES I don't see how can 2 points be an appropriate target, it's a b/e scenario at best ImO, unless 2 point gain is treated as an initial scaled out target.

What was the reasoning behind the call JJ?

I just got it. See that is how my system works. Quick 2 points x certain amount of contracts and the money is mine.


the problem yesterday was that there were no up and down just one fucking down after 2PM. Up until then I was making nice coin, it was those minutes that threw a monkey wrench into my system. I made 3 mistakes: 1: i did not clear my positions prior to 2PM, 2: I got greedy, I wanted more than 1 point. 3: I traded after 1PM which my system does not allow.

3b. I got stupid and kept on buying the slide.

By the way my prediction's timing was off a bit, but the direction and level was damn good. We printed a 1447.50 high around 9:37 and sold off from there into 10:20

I made that bet as well. Got in at 1440.25, out at 1442.25

I'm hoping for around 1450.00 myself.

Why?

Tangibles such as moderately strong indicies across the board and a relatively calm VXO, and intangibles like short covering as buyers come in to buy at the lower prices.

It could actually break either way, so it's only a 50% chance, but we'll see.
