Calculating the commission, is it 0.0004 % approx ? Is that possible ? Accounting for tax, profits good enough of the value of the trades ?

Very interesting. I would like to know which broker can offer rates as low as 0.0004 %. Margins ?
Same rate for position trades ?

If this is the commission then I guess even 1 point averages work for you for intra day ?

They do work, but I am not real interested in making 1 point. I like to let the trade run a bit. I generally am taking small profits only when I am manually stopping myself out because I think the market is changing direction. The commission structure is just for the volume that I do. I had to negotiate a variance with the company.

Note: I am probing the short side here daily , because I have a short bias on the overall picture. I will still occasionally take the long positions, but more geared for short right now. If I am still short term trading when I have a long bias, you will see me more geared for taking longs if you are looking at this journal.
