not enough tick rate (tick volatility), usually London has higher variance than what we are seeing. That upward regression on the 240 tick chart most likely wants to fail with the 60 minute NY session cascading down to the 5500 area.

And is there any reason why you draw your trendlines blue while regression lines red? Do you have different rules for trendlines vs. regression lines? It seems to me like on the few charts you shared, your regression lines start out as trendlines, but then you keep them as price crisscrosses them back and forth. Trendlines on the other hand, for some people, seem to be invalidated once they are broken. Could this be one difference between them?

as a session unfolds the trendlines and regressions from other timeframes can be seen being approached by price. So the session trendlines drawn extrapolate out to other sessions. The breaks don't invalidate the trendline as long as the slope of the price vector is same as the direction of the trend.
