I am short at yesterday's high and take profit is set to +10 points. Stop loss is -5 ticks. Here is how my 5 minute chart looks on Ninjatrader with the trade and ATM orders showing.
I have to get on the road so this will be my only trade today. I can manage the trade on my phone with Tradovate, so I can't say what the end result will be. I will trail my stop if prices starts down to retrace some of that strong rally leg. I will be driving and I will not be able to manage it as closely as I would if I were at my desk.

Could be a gap & go day. Maybe 5660 ES.
Too late already, but the pop above the HOD was to be expected. Seeing it was instantly sold, I'm waiting for a pullback now before any new entries. I'd rather chase the breakout than entering here because I think a PB could happen first.
Maybe around 37. If not, could get the full gap fill at 32. If that doesn't hold, could be seeing an Outside Day Down.

Short 42. 3 point stop.
Move stop to 45.50. Exit is dynamic, so you'll rather just have to take my word on it. Looking for a reversal around 38 or 32 if I'm not stopped by then.
I'm probably wrong, but I think today could possibly sell off. And if I'm wrong, I may switch long on a breakout of the highs.

Long 45. 3 point stop. Let's see if it's another trap. Targeting 60/65 if I can get it.
NQ being a bit of a drag so far just like yesterday. ES seems like it wants to go higher. SPX 7 points from that 5600 touch.
I think I'll just hold the trade like it is for now. If I'm stopped, I might just call it a day as it can be another grinding day like yesterday and I already have some profits from a lucky trade pre-market.
EDIT: I have a sell limit in place at 65. I'll take it if I can get it. May trail a bit if we start moving towards it. Seems like a stretch perhaps, but maybe I'll get lucky.
