if u really trying to help, i deserve a round of applause from you. having the forsight to know this type of day is where I struggle. I remained calm, took some small quick losses. Than just waited till I saw things more clearly. Granted that wasn't difficult today, just essentially waiting for NQ gap fill, than go long. none the less I showed disciplined and not only survived my weakest type of day, but am profitable.
na that's bullshit, people were looking long we dumped further and it went quiet. I was the only one that said anything even remotely useful. I gave the context and called out when we were about to break 33.75 and move up. Also gave NQ target 18933 which we just basically hit.

I traded like a chump this morning, but thanks to position sizing techniques (adding to winners and starting out with my smallest size), it seems like I'll be landing on my feet after all.
Funny thing is I had this day in my statistical catalogue pre-market, but like I said yesterday, I'm just too bullish lately and I find it hard to trade the short side.
I'm happy to call it a day when either of these hit, but I have to say I'm wondering if this can't go all the way back up...
