Bonds certainly have a current short term upward bias, but they are not an obvious long at this time.
NQ is for pussies. ES is where real players with big balls come to play.
In any case, ES has much bigger trading volume than NQ. Its moves are also more cleaner as well, namely, it adheres to price action better than NQ IMO.
