yeah I mean if this was a friday I'd have better chances probably but markets still trading rest of this week despite holiday, so may not get any squeeze today.

I just have a small position long on. I was aggressive today and it paid off, just seeing if can get one final squeeze here to top it off. I kind of like it, just wish it was closer to 3:30, NQ really stalling here and obviously with the action today once one side gets going takes some time to reverse it, so certainly needs to hold here and bait in / trap more sellers.

I see squeeze, if it closes below 70 than it's tricked me. good call though if it does. NQ looking less favorable and slowly starting to curl down. Had to exit half of position on this down move, dumped as I was typing this.

Still long but just de-risked some.

Just basic daily templates with associated statistics + time of day.

Simply put - the odds of an extended move going from the LOD to the HOD in the last 90 minutes are rare. It's been a range bound session after the opening period with not much happening.

Like Schizo says, we're going into a long weekend here, so that could botch up my data. But normally, the squeeze wouldn't be on the table for a day like today.

Besides, the bears have already been stabbed to death and carried out in body bags after this monster rally, so I'm not sure there's many left to squeeze anyway. :)

I'd imagine the risk would be to the long side going into this long weekend, so some de-risking would seem more appropriate. But what do I know.

For one, a squeeze (as in short squeeze) don't often happen at the top, which is where we're basically at (yeah, all the shorts are dead for sure).
Second, squeezes are usually orchestrated with a follow through in mind. Or so I'm led to think. But we're closed tomorrow, so I highly doubt it will happen.
 
If 63.50 is as high as NQ goes before close than I am really surprised. I am long from 16042.25 got a worst average now that I added back in. If we go below 16032ish Ill have to accept my loss.
 
Market is too active and in a unique setup for me to care about certain holidays or etc. I know you guys weren't saying this, but some people said take today off because day before thanksgiving. Yet this was some of the best day trading we've had in a while. Very clean back and forth.
