My guess was that he was just gonna keep shorting if it kept going higher. Kind of like how a shotgun has no precision, but lots of pellets eventually kill what you're aiming at. And yes, a good call indeed. (but I would have loved to see him say what he was doing with the last set of contracts at the lows after a bunch of targets already hit)i don't know what a shotgun formation is what was meant in relation too the exhaustion gap, but it was a nice call!
