I can see both of you getting it right, today. ;)

The worst outcome would be if you both don't and we'll continue in this tight range. Hard to imagine that'll happen, though. It's been a few years since the last time we had a < 25.00 point RTH weekly range by end of Tuesday.
 
Broke the range low. Looks like @schizo may get this one. I suppose everything could change in an instant on that CPI release.

EDIT: And snapped right back up. Never easy to be a late short on ES/NQ.

I must say, NDX is in a much stronger uptrend compared to SPX/INDU, no wonder large speculators went net long tech as of last week. I may just need to get out of ES and flip for NQ instead on the next pullback.

I'm marginally profitable. Up around 200% on my piker account which I started day trading in March. High risk profile, so we'll see how it goes. About 80 % winning days as of now with a few nasty down days where I've given back a bit too much. Fortunately, I've had a few big winning days as well.

I only trade ES as it's plenty volatile enough for me as of now and it's also where I've done all my research, so I know that contract fairly well. If volatility should contract at some point I might consider migrating to NQ.
 
Should be interesting to see the reaction to today's report. Last month spiked strongly on the report and sold off afterwards. Maybe Schizo and Master Pu both gets it right today.

I'm short from a bad spot (26.75), so will have to close it out pre-release for a 4 or 5 point loss if we don't get a test of the lows first. May scratch it here any minute.

Looked promising there for a minute. Flat at 29.75 for a 3 point loss.

Just waiting for the fireworks now.
