Could be. Any pointers on how to adress that?

The real damage was done pre-market and yesterday (also pre-market) trading when I shouldn't be trading. Made some bad decisions that compounded themselves and carried them with me into today's RTH session.

I recognized we were reversing higher off the morning LOD and participated on the long side, but scarred by my losses and with a lack of confidence, I got stopped out on that final long and then logged off not making any more trades.

Why didn't you just wait until after the CPI on Thursday? Or Retail on Friday? Not a smart move.
