Lumber is already down huge ytd.
It's right where it needs to be.
If anything it needs to go up a little.

Well, not really. Prices aren't coming down by any significant amount. At least in any area anyone wants to live in. Like I said, things have reset. This is the new level.

Know who's gonna pay though, and they already have, but they are shorts on any bounce... HD and Lowes.
I think I mentioned that to ya already... +10% ago.

Tough call on tonight's open.

I think if you can get in close to that, preferably around 3710 with a tight stop underneath, I'd ride it up to north of 3740 if you can stand the noise. If it gets that high, set a stop around 3728 and let it ride.

That took a lot of work believe it or not.
