ES Journal - 2021/2022

all charts I use are in bullish trend currently, so looking for a move up here as expectation. Could fail but am still looking long. Largest chart has not yet candle closed in bullish trend though so could always reverse. same thing though if trade much below 12550 may exit.

Worked out for me, don't like adding if can avoid it, but sometimes it really is the best and proper move. Just have to make sure you don't over do it. I am flat now.
 
Did anyone else see today really clearly? I was on top of it today, had a strong day. Really only issue I had was that last trade where I didn't exit and decided to add. Despite that working out, still not what I would call a good trade. Regardless of having plenty of profits to take more risk, really shouldn't do that. Individually speaking that was a garbage trade, it certainly could of kept going down and really ate into my profits.
 
As a one lot scalper...I simply followed the big picture. This is what I do in my retirement.
