Anything is possible... I covered all my weekend carried short on the first kiss at 55-57 on Globex overnight, lees a couple positional shorts ... Daily TL continues to inch lower.. we may see this touch but not much more, imo.... Game of observation...

could you also view it as a failed breakout of the range 4280-4400, so a possibility of testing 4400 or 4460 before heading south again?

Also depends on how much depth & analysis goes into your overnight action.... some traders discount it altogether, as it never happened.... I put a little more faith in it as Globex high / Lo`s should be marked on your intraday chart as it, H/L, has significant relevance.

Over the weekend, I dipped into my library and read “ when genius failed” by Lowenstein
This was the LTCM blowup that threatened the financial system back in ‘98… whenI was trading firm capital/ OPM … my 2nd time reading this book.. it’s a great read for anyone that enjoys reading market history! Particularly about hubris, risk & leverage!

Overleveraged smart money had to be bailed out. Might have been the start of the "too big too fail". That I can remember

My opinion is that if it does carry on bouncing then 4350 will be where it starts to head south again.

We’ve closed nice sell gaps and continued south without looking back… 3x now I believe.. wish I was 10x bigger on this move… didn’t get off as many as I wanted off this 2 top at 25

I didn’t scale as aggressively with size a bit lower… biggest size was 25-30, unfortunately

Still haven't hit the lows of the previous move. I am still in the camp that believes that the relief rally is not totally over and more extensive downside is to come.
